Ball Room
Though it was originally designed to be a billiard room to indulge the hobbies of the gentlemen of the house, this large space was used as a ballroom by the Van Orden family. The 25th wedding anniversary of Jacob and Martha Van Orden was held here in January 1905. The fireplace mantel in the east alcove is from the previous Van Orden house that sat on this lot.

Currently the exhibits in this space covers a wide variety of topics ranging from antique toys, to medical history, to circus history. On display one can find a bible owned by the Ringling family, and the first ticket box used by the Ringlings when they started their famous circus.
